By downloading, installing, or using Buff Meter ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.

Description of Service

Buff Meter is a fitness entertainment app that uses AI to analyze body composition from photos and provide humorous, motivational feedback. The App generates a "Buff Score" and personalized roasts designed to entertain and motivate users on their fitness journey.

Entertainment Purpose

Important: Buff Meter is designed for entertainment purposes only. The Buff Score and feedback provided are not medical advice, professional fitness assessments, or diagnostic tools. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical advice and certified fitness trainers for exercise guidance.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Buff Meter. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent before using the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit photos of other people without their consent
• Use the App for harassment, bullying, or malicious purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or manipulate the AI analysis
• Share inappropriate or explicit content through the App
• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws
• Create multiple accounts to abuse features or promotions

User Content

You retain ownership of photos you submit to Buff Meter. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for providing the body analysis service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Intellectual Property

The Buff Meter app, including its design, features, AI algorithms, and content (excluding user-submitted photos), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or its content without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Buff Meter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the AI analysis or that the App will be error-free. The Buff Score is a fun metric and should not be taken as a scientific measurement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Buff Meter. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

In-App Purchases

Buff Meter may offer premium features through in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or app store policies. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Buff Meter if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or our service. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
